I have Windows 2000 and use Napster to download most of my music. However, I prefer to play in media player (series 9) as the napster player isn't very good. My problem is, apart from a few tracks which appear to have had media information added automatically, almost all my music gives me the error 'Feature not avaliable' when I select update albumn info or view albumn info. I know the albumn info is avaliable, as I have two tracks from one albumn that have been automatically updated with media information, and they show the correct information about the cd, but the tracks from the same albumn that haven't been automatically updated don't. I managed to do it on XP when I used to use that, but ever since I changed to 2K I haven't been able to do it. Anyone knowing how I can solve my problem please tell me, I'll be extremley grateful.
