i need help with cd images

Hello

I downloaded a cdi image and i packed it in my computer.
But the extracted files are still some kind of image files.
I now hawe files of .bin;.BDD;.BSD;.sfd;.idx;.img;.drv extension.
Actually I have 4 .sfd files.

Can anyone tell me witch program i need to unpack these files, please?
