hello chaps, I'm new on here and am a bit of a comp novice, but i downloaded adaware, registered etc last weekend.

now when i turn the pc on i get the user accounts up on xp but when i select one the computer switches off and starts up again. adaware help told me to remove the software but as i cant get to the software i cant remove it.... or can i???

does anyone know how i can fix it?

its very frustrating

Reboot, press F8 during boot up and start up in Safe mode, then you should be able to remove the spyware.
