OleMainThreadWnd error while shutting down

I get "OleMainThreadWnd" -error when I'm shutting down my NT4. Clicking End task will will free the shutdown process, but It's annoying to always click End task -button.

Is there any solution to stop this? I've tried even to install the windows againg, but no help. I've got SP6 and all the latest updates from windows update.
