WIN XP SP2 - shutdown problem after installation

Hi,
I just installed SP2 and have the problem that the system does not shutdown properly. I end up with a blue screen and the message "...saving your settings..."
I have also AntiVir and ZoneLap installed and first I thought one of them is still scanning something. So I closed all applications before shutdown the system - unfortunately it did not work.
So is there somebody who can help??????
