98,ME and 95 can join 2003 domain?

luck our company agree switch NT4 to 2003..before swtich to 2003 our got win98,ME and 95 with client PC,win 98,ME,95 can join doamin with win 2003?

Not join as such but they can be modified so users can login to a 2003 domain.
95, 98 and Me can run login scripts (IE 5.5 + WSH installed) and require and ADSI Client installed. But cannot make use of GPOs like 2000 or XP.
