I found this site http://www.computerhope.com/unix.htm#05 and am making a book of commands. I highlight just the necessary stuff and paste it to a blank office document. Then I am going to print each one, punch holes in 'em (I have a 3 hole punch) and put them in a binder alphabetically. Now when I wind up in command line h*ll, I might be able to get out of it!

Looks like danleff found a better site before me and posted this in another thread: http://www.oreillynet.com/linux/cmd/

I made all the documents for nothing because the above site has 'printer friendly'. Just my luck!
