WHEN I TRY TO COPY FILES TO A NEW AN EMPTY DVD RW- OR DVD RW+
THE TASK IS REFUSED
THE WIZZARD ANSWERS : Disk is full or not writable, please insert an empty or writable cd
???

Have you formatted the dvd disc? They do not come preformatted, so you can't write directly on them.

Try using a real burning program like Nero or Easy CD Creator, and they come with UDF programs like Nero InCD or Roxio's DirectCD. I am assmuming you are currently using the built in XP recording device.
