They work well on my Radeon 9800 PRO, Doom 3 feels less jerky at 1024x768, High settings, but all in all not a big leap, if you have the X700 or X800 cards, you will benefit more with set, but I have kept them since the proposed speeds boosts are good enough for me and they are stable, but I don't use that Catalyst Control Center, man its ugly.

Seriously though, what is ATI trying to achieve with that bloated ugly control panel. The control panel accessed via the Display Properties is more than adequate, if not pretty damn good. I am not a big fan of the Nvidia panel but it too is way better than the control center. I like Nvida's Digital Vibrance feature, I wish ATI had that option.

Actually Alec, I did download the smaller version, I tried the Catalyst Control center a month or so back when it first came out, and I said, no thanks to that bloat. smile

The larger download has the Catalyst Control Center in it.

I use Rage3d Tweak, its pretty decent at tapping special Catalyst driver tweaks.
