something wrong with my recycle bin
im using windows XP Professional Edition
when i delete a file i could not locate it inside my recycle bin
my recycle bin is empty always

-> I did not press shift delete
-> I diabled the 'do not move files into recycle bin option in properties....still fail

Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = use recycle bin, 1 = permanently delete)


try this out still cannot work
