Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I juat installed Roller Coaster Tycoon Loopy Landscapes on my computer and it tells me it is not compatable with Windows XP. How can I fix this? I cannot install it on Windows 98, it tells me it is missing 'Data3.cab' It installed on XP but I cannot play it. I hope someone here can help me please.
