Windows XP & Suse boot problem

P4 3Ghz
1Ghz Ram
120 HDD - partitioned (2 x 60) suse on one and Xp on other

suse is ok to run but i am having problems with windows i get to the log on screen and it keeps takiung mne into a circle i click on the icon it starts loading then it is ready for me to log on (again?) has this happend to any one? any suggestions please let us kno...
