Hi, I'm new to this and not very technical, therefore I require some experts help.

I'm having problems with my email and messenger logins. I also can't access paypal, and I'm quite worried.

I have been told to download spy bot, spy sweeper, bhodemon and I have and ran these. The problems haven't gone away. Can anyone shed any light on the problem? I'm running XP Pro.
