My Niece broke my copy of Theme Hospital Need to Know if theres a no disk pacth like the one they have out for The Sims Makin'Magic.

If you call/write/email the manufacturer they will usually provide a replacement CD (assuming you can verify your purchase) for a nominal charge.
While I'm sure google could help you find a no-cd patch, it could be considered a violation of your EULA/software piracy, just so that you are advised.
