Hi All,

I have recently started facing problems with my IE. I get a default search page whenever I launch the IE. I could not alter the same using the Tools--> Internet options.

I can see that there is something called sp.html which continuosly get generated in C:\Documents and Settings\x_deytam\Local Settings\Temp.

I have tried deleteing cookies and all that stuff but nothing seem to work.

Any help with regards to this will be very much appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,
Avijay.

Hi Avijay,
It seems you are victim of some nasty malware... now rather than me list the things you can do; it has already been done here:

Download the tools and see how you get on.

If you get stuck then just post back in this thread as I am sure we can help you further smile
