Changing cd-rom for Acer Aspire Laptop

hi,

i have a Acer Aspire 1202x laptop. i plan to change my cd-rom drive to a dvd-rom cause the current cd-rom is kinda old and it can't read all disc (especially burned cds). Does anyone know how to remove the cd-rom from the laptop? If i am not mistaken, i notice a screw on the cd-rom, but i will have to remove the heat sink of the cpu to remove that screw.

Can someone please provide a guide?
