Small problem with icons on taskbar

Well the problem is no exactly a problem since it's not serious at all but it's a bit irritating. Every time i restart my PC the icons on the taskbar area of my computer are automatically hidden. So i go and select the icons i want active and the ones that i want inactive from the startmenu properties.

If i restart the system all icons are hidden again, and i have once more to manually select the ones i want hidden and the ones i don't.

Anyone came across this ever?BTW i'm using XP Pro w/SP2
