Are you asking how those components are installed or how to configure those components?

You can install them thru Add/Remove Programs - Windows Components.

Configuring them could *easily* take several weeks of classes, depending on how much you already know.

Best suggestion? Get some books, and start reading. The Microsoft Press books are quite good and comprehensive.
