just got a wireless WG111 Netgear usb device (54mb )

installed the software/drivers both the windows wireless setup works and the Netgears software at the same time ( i tried looking for ways to disable wlan feature in xp sp2b, but couldn't find this option: "disable windows xp configuration manager" anywhere after reading about it)

I can connect to my router and set it all up...

but when i connect to my dial up account and even click on a link or download my pc starts stuttering ie mouse, audio just stop and start freezing up for a bit its really annoying, so i have to disable the wireless network.

Is there any fix for this? I will be installing the final service pack 2 this weekend but i'm not sure that it will stop this?
