I have an error playing Might and Magic on windows XP.

I have tried everything I found, but still I can't play it. I've used compatibility wizard and I've download Application Compatibility toolkit but I have no idea how to use it or is it going to fix my problem. I once played it on WIN 98 and it was fine.

Someone please help me step by step. PLEASE!!!

Hmm.... this was a serious problem eh!??!
Well... if you havent tested reinstall the game then do it then maybe you not will get that error message!!
If it's still there then i've out of ideas!!!??!!?

Try running M&M Config and switching from Hardware 3D to Software 3D. It worked for me, though M&M now runs a little slow.

hi there
i've tried all advises from this forum and nothin' works... if I try to run m&m7 (win XP DR9) no matter with what method im getting at first smack error message then direct draw error mes. and then the internal error mes. and all i get is black screen - the same is on win98...any idea what's goin' on?
