I am trying to install NT4 on a Dell Optiplex GX110. After halfway through the 2nd disk I get the BSOD. I have tried 2 different machines. Any suggestions? The drives are IDE.

Try the steps listed here, especially if you have an LS-120 drive installed.

Are you unable to boot and install off the CD for some reason? It's faster and I don't think you'll have that error.
