Gigabyte 7zxr and Promise ATA 100

I just attempted to upgrade my pc from win2000 pro to winXP pro. I cannot find a promise ata100 driver for winXP. Can I use the win2000 driver? Also, I flashed the bios on the board to update it to the most recent and now my pc is not working at all. It starts to boot up then just goes to a blinkin cursor. I have flashed this board a few times and have never had a problem, it is the Gigabyte 7ZXR. Any help will be appreciated. you can e-mail me at pcman1@comcast.net.
