Recyler Problem

Ok just found this forum and hoping some one can help I run win xp home have 2 hd on the second HD there is a Recyler .. But i can't find it and i can't delete what is in there at all . I have checked the Recyler on C'drive and the other one is showing as being a part of it but I have tried everything to delete it there is 4 gig sitting in there anyone got any ideas how i can make it show it self to me please

ok did what you said to do but It wont delete what is in there i still have 4 gig sitting in the recycle bin on my spare drive i have made is so nothing now gets saved in that recyle bin but how can i find it to delete what is in there ?
