hello,

has anyone a hint how to get Mandrake 10 running with a SGI 1600SW flatpanel monitor with a NIvida graphic card? (Riva TNT2 model 64)

Did you run XFdrake? Is your monitor and card not listed? Did you try the different versions of Xfree86?

I did run XFdrake and selected dozens of monitors / graphic cards. The SGI 1600Sw is listet and so is the graphic card but no luck. Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Well then, that really sux. You'd think that if both were listed and you chose them you'd get a screen. Hmmm. Is it giving you a particular error? if so what is it? If not, tell us exactly what does, (or does not) happen when you boot up.
