Linmodem dirvers for Knoppix 3.4 Kernal 2.4

i need to find FULL HSP56 micromodem Drivers for Knoppix 3.4 Kernal 2.4 And how to install it ive looked and looked some more and have not found it yet...

As you can see from this post, your modem is really difficult. You can continue trying to get it to work or make life much easier by buying an external 56k modem that is known to work. The Actiontec V92 serial modem works flawlessly under Linux and will deliver much better performance than most internal pci modems.

I know but the all i got.... i only get 10 bucks a week and i usally spend it on or save it for games or it goes to my isp

Here's a few 56k modems I found that are Linux compatible, and all are under $20.00 and one is under $10.00.

If I were to choose between these three, I would go with the CenDyne since it is external. I hope this helps..
