when i play a game (championship manager) with xp professional,it suddenly restart and i don't know what to do. ;(

You really need to give us a lot more information like type of processor, its speed, how much ram. Then, these types of crashes are also due to the video cards, the video drivers and the like. Go here: http://www.sigames.com/sibase.php?type=subsection&id=6
