Hi,

You may have heard about technology that allows information to be customised depending on your location or even your activity. Systems providing such services are said to be context-aware. Needless to say such systems will have an impact on our day to day lives and the privacy we enjoy. I am therefore doing a study as part of my research on privacy protection for context-aware systems at the University of Kent.

As a frequent reader of ntcompatible I know many of you will be among the first to use context-aware systems when readily available and some of you may even have used the early technology that is available. In any case I would appreciate if you could spare a few minutes and take part in the study anonymously! It is done online and can be found at http://eppsurvey.osbakk.net together with more details.

For more information about my research please visit http://www.osbakk.net.

Thanks,

Patrik Osbakk
