How do I ditch this Office XP macro prevention window?

Alright, so I just installed Office XP 2002 & Publisher XP 2002. Now I am getting this...

"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros."

Anyone have any ideas?

Publisher:
File, New, then Tools, Macro, Security and change level to Medium or Low.

Word:
Tools, Options, Security, Macro Security, change level to Medium or Low.

Excel:
Tools, Macro, Security and change level to Medium or Low.
