rogue DCHP sever on the network

Hey can anybody help me there is a DCHP server on my network but i dont know how to find it? im usong static IP adress but somebody set up a DCHP server somewhere can anybody help me find it

set the machine to receive an ip from the dhcp server then in a
command prompt type ipconfig /all ...it will show you the ip of the server which is giving ip addresses..that will be a good starting point
