Ok So I install The game no problem But it won't start. I have win Xp and I heard that the game crashes with that system. I also heard there is a patc to fix it but I just can't find it. PLS any1 that could help PLS right cause I need to fix this problem. Oh I also have a Gforoce 2 I think yeas and its like 64 DDr and I have a Atlon 1Gh and a little over. PLS any1 HELPPPPPPP.

HI i have a problem with the game. At first I am from germany, so if i have many mistakes in my text please don't realize it. ok now the problem. i have Installed empire earth. I started it but after the intro my PC got stuck.

I figured that as soon as i install patch version 2.0.0.0 for EE, the game crashes on loading with a typical BSOD. Only with/without patch 1.0.4, the game runs properly, BUT then i cannot play online . I have bought this game many years ago but because of microsoft updating windows xp all the time the game no longer works with patch v2. I even did a clean reinstall of winXP a few days ago (not because of this problem tho ;)). Does anyone have the game working with patch v2?? If so is there anything i can try? Here are my system specs:

WinXP SP1 (SP2 sucks ;))
P4 2.8GHz HT
512MB DDR 400MHZ
ATI Saffire 9600XT 128MB
Maxtor hdd 120GB

Try unistalling the game then reinstalling it (dont forget to backup your games saves, I forgot too) .I have the Patch Version 2.0.0.0 installed and the game works apart from the online play.
