Anyone know what the recycle bin needs to function properly? I tried setting the security to everyone but even that doesn't work.

Here's the problem, I use 2 profiles. 1 is for everyone to use (which is a "user" account) & there is an admin account. Well, the recycle bin works fine for 1 account, however, when I switch accounts & delete something, the recycle bin corrupts & is forced to remove everything in it.

Any suggestions?
