Can't install TweakUI for XP (KERNEL32.dll)

I'm trying to install TweakUI for XP & when I try to install the application I get...

"The procedure entry point GetDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I am using an admin account to install the application & I'm not sure what to do here. Thanks for your time.

You can't use the XP powertoys in Win2k, you'd have to use the original powertoys for that & it does not require any service packs to function properly.
