Hi All,

The company I work for is considering subscribing to the Microsoft Action Pack. Whilst I understand that the server products include 10 client access licenses, would it violate the EULA if we were to purchase retail '5 CAL' upgrade packs (for Windows Server 2003) so that all 20 of our workstations can join the domain?

I've read through the Action Pack terms and conditions and it doesn't mention this scenario at all!

Personally, I'd be surprised if it were allowed but I would like a firm Yes or No from you pro's so I can go back to my IT manager and break the bad news to him wink.

You can purchase additional Cal's and still be under the EULA
