Help me to install the sims(game) in my computer, i have the windows xp and a dont know how to upgraded to this plataform, some one tell me what to do please!!!!:( ;(

If you did a clean install it should be ok.

Check that all driver are up to date.

If you just did an up date to XP goto EA and get the The Sims

i have installed it all and then when i went 2 play it it went directx 0.9 iz not found on my comp or summit like that plz help if any one has had the same problem

I have really wanted to play the sims 2 for a long time but i just can't figure out when i go to load it it says unspecified error... I have downloaded it i have direct x 9.0 and i also have a new graphics card please help i don't kno what to doo?!?! ;(

Hey Tigger 1 your problem may be that u don't have a new enough graphic's card if you install Direct X 9.0 that message might keep coming up because u don't have a new enough graphics card... I found that out at my friends house a lot of people have that problem... but mine problem is different hope I helped a lil

how do you GET a new graphics card and it won't let me download the Direct9.0c thingie......please someone help me!! I really want to play the Sims 2 soon....and I don't know a lot about how computers work.....thanks if you help me
