Windows 2003 problem

the question is how to stop scandisk on win2003..always check my hdd..and when come to drive E: and restart or freeze..Yes..i use ESC buton and everthing is ok..but when check drive E: - ;(
I don't need to check my hdd always..How to stop...10x in advice.
