I've been downloading screensavers off the internet for a little more than five years now and this is the first time I've had this problem.

I had downloaded a screensaver (which I love) and it has been working since November. Just last week I tried to download a new screensaver. After I downloaded it and installed it, I went to Preview it and it would only run 4 seconds of the saver and then quit (as if I'd moved the mouse to stop it from running).

I uninstalled the screensaver and tried to download and install it again but no luck. So I decided to uninstall the saver and stick with the screensaver I love. However, now that saver is doing the same thing. I can't figure out WHY it's doing it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it's not helping. It's frustrating! Can you guys help?

I don't know what information you need but I'm running Windows XP Home Edition.

I'm having the same problem with my computers after the SP2 update. None of my screensavers are working either. Can't for the life of me figure out why.
