Have you tried any other games? Particularly any other Quake III engine based games? Give something else a shot and see if the problem is Wolfenstein based.

Also run directX diagnonstice (start/run/dxdiag). Do all the video tests. (Quake III uses OPENGL and directx test won't specifically test that but it will generally test your vid card using direct3d).

Yep, he's right. Of course, if you have previously played it on that same computer, and haven't changed any hardware around, you most likely need to reinstall your video drivers. The error you are recieving is triggered by the OpenGL subsystem, which is a feature/subset of your video drivers.

Most likely you have an ATI, Nvidia, or Matrox video card. Please consult your system manufacturer or documentation for your specifications.

Once you know what hardware you have, you can download an appropriate video driver from the manufacturer's web site.

I have the latest driver for my Nvidia GeForce4 440 go card.

The latest Direct X.

and have the same issue.. "cannot load OPENGL Subsystem"

This only occured after I installed System Pack 2..

Please advise if you know of any solutions..
