Upgrade Windows 2000 advanced server, to "Windows server enterprise 2003 120 day evaluation"

Before I wasted my time, wondering if this will work? I'd like to upgrde this here 2000 advanced server to ent 2003 trial. I'd like to know beforehand before I image the machine and sit through the whole setup.

I don'
t care about it baing an eval because I can image back later.

just be sure all hardware you have and software it supported under 2003 first!
