You could try ACT, I'd recommend trying to find 2.6. More details are in my FAQ.

You could also try the game's latest patch.

I know I'm bringing up a very old topic. Just passing on the info.

My computer:
WinXP Home SP2
2x512mb dual channel
P865PERL
2.4c @ 800
ATI AIW 9700 Pro Cat 4.11

I finally got TW PGA Tour 2000 to work. Received TW2000.ICD and other errors. Tried everything. Got it to work by first running 3dSetup.exe in the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2000 hard drive directory and using "software renderer", then selecting whatever resolution you want. Then right click tw2000.exe in the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2000 hard drive directory, under properties\compatibility, select Windows 2000 compatibility mode. Ok out. Delete ws2help.dll in the TW PGA Tour 2000 HD directory, and you should be playing. Also. I am using the no-cd executable and it works good.
