Man what a pain

3 different machines all hang at 60% at oem.bios WTF is that. it does it with XP home oem and retail and XP pro oem and retail. Even have factory disks and copies makes no difference
tried MBR still same only thing that worked was useing corp version then chang key but thats a pain when they have valid key. anyone have any ideas ive stripped them down to just vid mem board processor still same.
