Wolfenstain Enemy Territory Crashing

After up[censored] ATI Radeon Drivers from Catalyst3.8 to 3.9, Wolf ET crashes and can't start (send err. report keeps coming on).

 

(Look in the signature for sys. config)

 

already have tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.

 

I DO have the latest version of the VGA drivers (ATI All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro) and DirectX 9.

 

i have no idea what else i could try to get it working.

OK ther you go. finally, it WAS a driver problem!!!!
