Overburning CD-R

I want to overburn a CD-R with 700 MB capacity
with a file which is 711 MB.
I am using nero 5.9. However, even after using the expert features and
allowing overburning till 90 min., I am still getting the message that there is not enough space on the CD-R. However, I am able to make copies of
VCDs containing upto 740 MB. How can i overburn

I had a similar problem with nero 6.0.0.17. (I think). It would not let me overburn, but after installing nero 6.0.0.11 everything is back to normal, so try a different version of nero to see if the same thing happens.
