when you select a folder or file in windows, and presses the F2 button, then you can change the name, but I want to use the SPACEbar to do that, hwo can I change, and would there be any problems or conflics if I change?
(When I select a file and presses SPACE nothing happens, so I thought I might just remap the key to the same as F2, just to make it easier for me)

Space actually selects files... If you open a folder and click on an empty space so that no file is selected, then hitting space will resect the last file that was selected.

ah, hmm, ok. But I dont use that
hehe
Can I just switch the keys, so that select last file will be on f2 and rename on space?

Not a stupid question at all. I actually thought there was a link on that site :x
It can be found in the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools

That's a pretty cool app!
I don't think you'll want to just switch Space and F2 though... it looks like this program will remap the keys across the entire operating system. I doubt you'll want to reach up to the F2 key every time you need a space in something you are typing!
