in outlook express i could change my store folder to a different folder so i changed it to a different partition so i didn't loose my emials.
I can't seem to find the option in Outlook 2002, i have seen auto archive but that is something different.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Right click on the Outloook Icon on your desktop and go to data file management

By default Outlook used .pst files to manage all your emails and calendars.

You can add a different location for your pst file.

There is also a pst backup utility for Office

Place the .pst folder on a cd backup from time to time.

If your like me you got stuff from years past you dont want to lose laugh

I dont believe PSTs include your outlook rules for filtering email, etc. You may have to export your rules under TOOLS \ RULES WIZARD.

Just tossing that in, incase you have them running.
