I've got a particular file on about 150 Windows XP machines that I want GONE (%systemroot%\ina32.ini). Problem is, I'm not running Active Directory, or SMS. I have a shared user account on all the machines, so theoretically I could go in through the IPC. Save for creating a login script or a batch script that checks the OS and file state, is there any program out there that could help me?

Why not write a quick batch to delete it? Then just run it on all the machines.
