3dmark 2003 error

hi to all
i try to run 3dmark 2003 in win2k but the problem is giving me a warning message..it sez Hardware does not support stencil buffer 3dmark03 will not run properly..... i try to run the program it doesn't work.... in bench mark properties were you choose...everything in there sez not supported. i have a dual os...2k and xp it runs fine in xp. is there anyone knows my problem. thnx in advance.

Are you using the same driver version in both OS's?

Do you have the latest (same) directx and did you install the latest 3dmark patch?

to sapiens74.....yes i'm using the same driver catayst 3.7 both 2k and xp downloaded from ati.com to Tamay, yes dx 90b.....3dmark2001 SE ver3 is working fine in both OS.....any ideas?
