Hello all
In the faq of win2000 i can find this question and the solution :
********************************************************
Can I fool an application into thinking that Windows 2000 is Windows 95/98/NT4?
The latest Application Compatibility Update has the ability to make a program think it is running under Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0.
To select the OS:
Right click on a shortcut of the program, and click properties, the compatibility tab come up. There are three options:
1) Windows 95 Compatibility Layer,
2) Windows 98 Compatibility Layer, and
3) Windows NT4 SP5 Compatibility Layer
**********************************************************
The lastest application compatibility update is in fac the SP3 for W2k.
My OS(w2k) is in SP4 and when i do a right click on a shortcut of the program, and click properties, i can t see the compatibility tab ;(
Is there something wrong, have you got an idea ?
Thank s for your help.

You may have to restart the compatibility function. Be sure you are logged as Administrator or have administrative privileges then
Click Start
Click Run
Type cmd
cd %systemroot%\AppPatch
regsvr32 slayerui.dll
Click Start
Click Run
Type cmd
cd %systemroot%\AppPatch
regsvr32 slayerui.dll
