Am I allowed to sell it?

You can't sell it and continue to use it.
When you sell it, you are transferring the license to the new owner. You no longer have a license to legally run the software on your PC.

I know that. I have removed it. I am using the new Office System.
So I can sell it providing iM still not using it?

Most importantly, is the version you are wishing to sell OEM, Retail box, NFR? Depending on your version, you may not legally be allowed to resell it.
If you have the retail boxed version, I would give Microsoft a quick call or email to ensure that the activation/licensing will be transferred without problems.
Also of note, about a year ago I needed to transfer a Windows XP Professional license from one machine to another, and there was no problems, after calling MSFT to reactivate and explain the circumstances.
