event viewer pop up at startup

Can someone tell me how to turn off that message that event viewer keeps messaging at startup? every time I reboot it keeps telling me that at least one setvice or driver didn't load correctly.. I really don't want to see it because it works fine for me.. so if anyone can tell me how to solve this problem (turn off event viewer)....

Right click on my computer, click manage

Go to services and right click the offending service click properties,

Then you can disable, set to manual or automatic.
