finding out what DLLs are required by a file

Im trying to run this file, and i do not get any DLL errors or anything it just craps out on me. Anyone know how to find out what DLL files this program uses?

hmm yeah but you have to pay for that, i mean im just looking for something free to use to be able to tell me what i need. Thx for the reply though, but i don't want to spend money to get 1 dumb file working.

There was link to the DLLs i needed but its dead now, and not even knowing what i need is a PITA to get it to run.

I used to have a free program to do that, but for the life of me i cannot find it.

Ill research it a bit more

blah i dont know what the deal is with the program so the hell with it, i found something else instead. Looks like it was compiled wrong or something.
